On September 20, 2021, MIPT announced a competition for The Andrei Sakharov Scholarships. The submission deadline expired on October 21, 2021.
A total of 108 applications were submitted for 8 scholarships available. The competition exceeded 13 applications per place available. The final list of candidates was presented to us on November 19, 2021.
The discussion of candidates and voting by our Board of Trustees will take place until the beginning of December. Then the final list will be submitted to the MIPT Scientific Council for approval.
